The valve body is cast from high-tensile ductile iron, with an internal “diamond-grade” ceramic liner option for ultra-high velocity applications.
The Zero-Leakage Advantage Utilizing our proprietary dual-seat perimeter sealing, the V-SRX900 provides bi-directional isolation even under full pipeline pressure. The gate is precision-ground from 316SS and coated in a 500-micron Tungsten Carbide layer to prevent scouring from quartz fines. The integrated “Z-Flush” ports allow the valve chest to be purged of settled solids before every cycle, preventing gate damage and ensuring a perfect seal every time.
