Kinetic Efficiency & Structural Integrity The Mauldon C-MX2000-HD Conveyor System is designed for the extreme mechanical loads of bulk material handling. The system features a 45° deep-trough idler configuration to maximize volume and prevent spillage during high-speed transport. The drive head is equipped with a dual-drive pulley system, utilizing ceramic lagging for maximum grip in wet or dusty conditions.
Impact Management & Smart Monitoring At the loading zones, the C-MX2000-HD utilizes “Mauldon-Shield” impact cradles instead of standard idlers, absorbing the kinetic energy of falling rock and protecting the belt from punctures. The entire length of the system is monitored by an integrated fiber-optic rip detection system and Mauldon G-AN800 sensors at transfer points to detect friction-related gas emissions before they become a hazard.
