Description
Maximum Flux Density & Thermal Management The Mauldon M-PX500-T6 Electric Motor utilizes high-grade silicon steel laminations to minimize eddy current losses, achieving IE4 Super-Premium Efficiency. Its 6-pole design provides superior starting torque, making it ideal for high-inertia loads. The motor is equipped with an independent forced-cooling blower system, ensuring thermal stability even when operating at low speeds via Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Structural Rigidity & Environmental Defense Constructed with a heavy-ribbed FC200 cast-iron frame, the PX-series is designed to dampen the extreme vibrations inherent in mining environments. The terminal box is oversized for easy lead termination and is completely resin-sealed. To survive the “Mauldon Standard” of harshness, the shaft is forged from 4140 alloy steel and features dual-lip viton seals to prevent the ingress of abrasive dust and moisture.
